Tetyana Belianki M.A.

Sworn translator for German, English, Ukrainian and Russian
My name is Tatjana Belianki and I am an sworn translator for German, English, Ukrainian and Russian with many years of professional experience. Born in Crimea and raised bilingually, I have been living in Germany since 2002, more precisely in picturesque Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the Palatinate.
I discovered my passion for foreign languages at an early age during my school years. At the age of 14, I realized my dream of not only learning languages in theory, but also deepening my knowledge through direct interaction with native speakers abroad. These experiences strengthened my resolve to become an interpreter and translator.
After completing my Bachelor’s degree as a primary school teacher and English teacher in Yalta, I continued my studies at the well-known Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and successfully graduated with a Master of Arts in Language, Culture and Translation.
I have been working as a freelance certified translator since 2010, and have worked with large companies and public authorities, as well as with private clients. My qualifications have been confirmed by the authorization of the President of the Palatinate Higher Regional Court of Zweibrücken and the President of the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Regional Court, where I took the oath in 2010 and 2017 and since then have been working as an authorized translator for Russian, Ukrainian, English and German.
As a member of the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ), I always keep up to date with the latest developments in the industry by regularly attending further training courses. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family and drawing inspiration from new cultural influences.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions
How can I order a certified translation?
- Please send me your documents:
– as a photo by WhatsApp (+49 176 24 900 218) or via e-mail (info.belianki@gmail.com or info@uebersetzungen-belianki.de).
– as a scanned PDF document via e-mail; in the original or as a copy by mail to my address (I recommend sending the originals by registered post).
You can also bring your documents to me personally by prior arrangement.
Notes on photos: Please make sure that the photo is of high quality. Please refrain from using patterned or colorful backgrounds and make sure that no objects (such as fingernails, napkins, animals, etc.) are visible in the picture. If the document is small (e.g. driver’s license, residence permit or small certificate), place it on a white sheet of paper. Take a full picture of the document so that all corners and the back are visible. - Upon receipt of the translation documents, I will send you an estimate and an expected delivery date.
- If you agree with the price and delivery date, please confirm the order and provide me with your address. All orders are fulfilled on a prepayment basis.
- Please let me know the spelling of your first and last name as it is stated in your passport or ID card. For the translation of first names, surnames and patronymics, two spellings are given in the translation: the spelling according to the ISO R9:1995 transliteration standard and the Latin spelling according to your ID card or foreign passport.
- The translation will be sent to you by mail or you can pick it up in person. 6. By prior arrangement, I can also send you scanned certified translations by e-mail. If you need a scanned copy of the translation after receiving the translation, I charge an additional fee of €10.00 for labor costs.
What is a certified translation according to the ISO standard?
German authorities and government offices require a certified translation. This must be prepared by a translator who is sworn, authorized or certified in Germany.
For the translation of personal documents (e.g. for the registry office), the Cyrillic personal names are transferred in the certified translations in accordance with the applicable ISO transliteration standard (currently ISO standard 9:1995).
Certified translations vs. certified copies
A certified translation may only be done by a sworn translator in Germany and certified with his or her stamp and signature.
You can get a certified copy of your certificates or documents at the city administration, the town hall or the citizens’ office. There you will receive a certified copy of your original document for submission to a specific authority. You should mention the name of the authority when you go for the certification so that it can be entered correctly.
I am allowed to make a certified translation of your documents, but I cannot provide certified copies of your certificates.
Will my data and documents be kept confidential?
Sworn translators are bound by law (Section 189 (4) of the German Code of Civil Procedure (GVG)) to maintain confidentiality and must translate texts faithfully and conscientiously into the other language. This means that your documents and personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and the data protection declaration below.
